Sponsors engage with the series in many different ways. The most common are exhibitor booth, product sponsorship and aid stations.
Exhibitor booth spaces are available at all events and located at the Start/Finish area. Racers congregate here in the morning to pick up bibs and listen to the pre-race briefing, and again meet here post race for refreshments. The Start/Finish area is also where friends and family cheer on racers as they come in.
What is the size and costs of a booth?
Booth sizes are 10'X10'. For fee info, please contact us.
How big is a trail run event?
Except for the Lake Sammamish Half marathon, Evergreen Trail Runs's events are in the range of 150-250 runners for week day evening runs and 250-400 runners for weekend runs.
Where can I find a schedule of upcoming trail runs?
You can find a list of all upcoming runs here.
What should I bring to an event and when do I set up?
Because the Start/Finish area is outdoors, we recommend a set up with a tent, a table and some chairs. Please feel free to bring banners and fliers for display at your booth area as well.
Set up time is flexible, but for maximum exposure we recommend having your booth ready by 8am. You can set up your booth anytime after 6am for weekend runs and after 5pm for evening runs.
Hosting an aid station is a great way for local businesses to directly reach out to racers. The food and water will be provided to you by the race organization. Your aid station is a great place to hang up signage and we also announce information about your your aid station at the pre-race briefing to give you additional exposure. We at Evergreen Trail Runs often host aid stations at other events too and you can see a album of us at the Kirkland Half Marathon here.
Providing food or drinks for aid stations / post race refreshments and providing gears for raffling and top finishers prizes is a popular way for product companies to sponsor events. Here are some examples:
Is it possible to title sponsor an individual trail run?
Yes, businesses can title sponsor a trail run. Except for the Lake Sammamish Half, the cost for title sponsorship for a trail run event is $300 for week day runs and $500 for weekend runs. The benefits of title sponsorship are:
It is also possible to sponsor the entire series, which extends your reach across all races in the series for the year. Since this is a more involved and custom type of sponsorship with maximum benefits, for more information please contact us.
